the EMG 707 and EMG 81-7 uses EMG bass pickup cases... so the screws are inside the pickup casing... not like ordinary pickups which have the 2 batang besi nipis at the sides for u to put the srcews... so if i want the EMG 7s i need to widen my pickup cavities abit... and that will cost me more... so i'm considering to buy Seymours or Dimarzios...

i still remember when deadzid used to promote the schecter guitar to me Very Happy

for me to switch from a 7s to a 6s wasn't that hard coz i often alternate between my warlock and my classical guitar. but yeah... 6s do feel like toys when u pick them up

Yeah thats true...to install the 707's you will need to route your to make the pickup cavities fit the 707's

its a bitch...but well worth it..

yeah memang ade Teoh...tapi kalau aku kan...alang2 nak angkat pickup, baik angkat Lundgren 7's sebab boleh masuk terus dalam guitar without having to route your guitar. Saiz dia sama ngan pickup original.

Yes and no.. they used to use the Lundgrens on their Nevborn 8 strings... apparently the Nevborns arent very stable in terms of tuning.

For their 7's, they used BlazeII pickups dipped in wax to shield them from microphonic feedback due to the amount of gain they use.

I am not sure what type of pickups they use in their new Ibanez 8 strings..

majulah pickup untuk negara

Model M 8 is sold all around the world. This pickup is the 8 stringed version of Model M. We sell this pickup to among others Ibanez customshop, USA. If you are playing with a much distorted amp, this pickup still deliver a well defined tone. The pickup has 4 lead cable.

i dont know if they use this M8 for their new ibanez or not...
