up to you la mcm mana nak connect mixer to recorder.. mcm Behringer mixer yg aku sebut tu cuma ada RCA (tape out) atau TRS (left / right out) as options.. tapi takde XLR out (XLR in ade la).

kalau tak nak signal lost, better guna XLR connection.. but i don't bother much about signal lost / noise.. as long as it sounds good to my ears - just rock on! Cool

my setting:
signal: guitar -> preamp -> mixer (TRS in) -> pc (RCA tape out to 1/8")
monitoring: pc (1/8") -> mixer (RCA tape in) -> headphone (TRS out)

Yerp Deadzid is right.

Route :
Record.
Guitar --> Wah-->GD121 (Balance) --> Multitrack -- (USB) --> PC

Tapi kalau Live.
Instruments ---> Power Mixer --(XLR) Multi Track.

Ratio of signal loss kalau pakai XLR is lower comparitively. So far this has serve me well.

BTw... macammana nak load pic in the Forum.

yupp...thk u all...

technical stuff which is not normal consumer goods ni is better to be shared in this kinda environment, at least we learn something fast...

And i just realised on thing - i tend to buy lotsa stuff but i sometimes dont really use them...tapi bila nak jual sayang pulak...this is so so not good for the wallet...hehe...

well, some people waste their money on golf set, expensive watches and other weird stuff...so in comparison, we're not that bad...
