In 1961, these instruments were originally intended to bring a new style to the Les Paul line, but without Les Paul's approval they were renamed the SG, in 1963. The shape of music has been changed with the likes of Pete Townshend, Angus Young, Tony Iommi and many others who have influenced yesterday's, today's and tomorrow's musicians. This site exists as a tribute to "the greatest guitar ever made".

i have a epiphone G-400....feels great to me.. never played a gibson tho..
anyone knows wether it weight more than the Epis?

yang tak best sikit masa pakai strap...neck/headstock dia berat...selalu jatuh ...
i think the tone could do better with some ori gibson pickups tho.. just guessing..heh |

Mine comes with Gibson pickups not Epi... it's Alnico V if I'm not mistaken.
If you live in Petaling Jaya, we might just come out and check out the sound difference (if got la).
Do let me if you want to play the guitar together some time. I can be reached at 012-2000462.
If you want to trade/sell guitar effects, I'm also ok. Currently intend to sell/trade
