taugeh tu kalau tau, lagi elok ah. kalau ko nak refer buku2 keyboards, kena tau baca notes. tapi honestly, aku banyak belajor based on observation. mostly dari nengok abang aku ah.
in KKA aku rhyhtm. skit2 masuk for intro, ending. nengok lagu. for me, utk electric set, guitars mesti kedepan, kalau tak cam tak rocking jek hehe. for acoustic/semi-acoutic set, aku main lain skit. kalau ko dengar lagu Revolusi Minda Antarabangsa live kat starbucks, dapat bezakan kot camner role2 tu diadjas ikut kesesuaian.
hehe taknak aku pakai leather! tak kena langsung wei. nanti kang pakai cam nak wrestling..tapi main pop ska. haha tak sesuai.

So boleh tak kau main organ intro and parts to no woman no cry? Itu pakai Hammond setting kan? Sedap bunyi tu.
Bila perform live kau bawak keyboard dgn amp ke, kau cucuk direct to PA? |

boleh kot. ha'a tu pakai hammond organ. aku pun mmg suka sound hammond. berangan angan nak ada sebijik but mahal ah. masa recording KKA aku pakai VSTi hammond which sounded quite good! way way better than what I have done on my KORG.
aku tak pernah bawak amp sendiri. biasanya aku just depends on apa yg provided. normally mmg cucuk ke PA. tak best. problemnya most of the time aku tak dapat dengor apa aku main!. merapu2 aku tekan.
anyway tak silap aku steinberg ada keluarkan VSTi Hammond organ. pastu dia ada optional midi drawbars! dah macam hammond betul. bleh main2 drawbars tu. few people (pencinta hammond sound) dah citer kat aku bertapa bestnya mender ni. bulat2 bijik mata masa citer. mmg gerenti best tu.

| Itulah, aku pun macam impressed semacam dgn Korg Legacy jugak, boleh taruk cable patching patching some more. Berapa harga benda benda tu kat KL ye? Boleh pakai ke, kalau beli MIDI keyboard simple, lepas tu beli cetak rompak punya CD hahahaha |

hehe anyway, setakat nak kuarkan bunyi hammond from the vsti, any midi keyboard will do. but you won't be able to control the drawbars in realtime. just leh main modulation and pitch bend saja. Tapi kalau tak silap aku, drawbars tu boleh set pakai automation...so utk recording mmg sempoi ah.
balik cepat wei. nanti leh aku pinjam2 effek hehe

Bro,
Aku rasa aku nak angkat Novation Xiosynth 25 lah before aku balik ni, what do you think? Nampak macam seronot je, boleh sambung UBS and can run on batteries also, macam dilemma now, nak angkat tu or Alesis Micron or MicroKorg. WHat do you think bro? |

Novation eh..?phew... a good choice of synth..but...if i have to make a choice between xiosynth and Microkorg...huhuhu...i'll go 4 MK...

aku suggest ko bljar basic tentang treble clef dan bass clef,...klu keybordist at least tau basic psl benda nie...

kalau nak sound yg bila tekan ada bunyi "ketuk" skit pastu berjela panjang. aku pakai Rock Organ. But tulah. since aku ada seketol Wah pedal saja to play with, takde effek lain. tak banyak mender aku leh experimen. nak main2 variable pun kena from the keyboard but only 1 variable saja aku leh control in realtime.
i know this probably doesn't help at all . hopefully others will join in and help out. |
ajeep....kita trade vst nak tak...aku dah lamer cari vst ms-20 tue...aku ader impOSCar...baiknyer british synth...klu ko blum ader ahh...and minimoog v also moog modular v...nak tak...?AJEEEPP!!!!!

AKu beli Line 6 Filter Modeller tu untuk 70 pounds 2nd hand, brand new kat sini masih 229 pounds.
Aku dah angkat dah Novation tu, should receive it esok on Saturday. Aku beli 25 key dgn rugsack Novation boleh letak hand synth dgn laptop for 270 pounds. Semalam aku dapat my Boss Drum Machine, Dr Rhythm, now aku boleh jadik P Diddy, Pharell and Wyclef all rolled into 1 hahahahahha
