hey guys
i was fooling around with some jazz chords , learning its progressions and scales so this what i have recorded while trying to learn new styles of guitar playing..er maybe once i understand more bout this jazz stuff i'll do a lesson on it ..how's that sound? for this basically i've recorded a rhythm jazz progression and then just improvise with the soloing using C major scale and D dorian ..( i think).. the solo is kinda bantai jer , no proper motif but it's a good case for what u can do with improvisation..

yep that is true...i even put the song under the bossa nova category..
it still has the same jazz progression ( II - V - I ) but the way i did the solo and finger picking the rhythm section gave it that bossa nova sound..the classical guitar that i've used for this song too kinda gave it that latin flair....
