Fender Yngwie Malmsteen Signature Stratocaster RM3,600
USA 'small headstock' model, vintage white, maple neck. Schaller hardware. 3 way TBX tone controls. Nice used condition. Scratches on the back, and a ding in the neck heel plate. Neck is straight, little or no fretwear.
I would describe the scalloped feel and tension as a cross between a guitar and sitar, resulting in greater control over bends and vibrato.
New model is RM6xxx from Bentley AFTER discount. Buy cheaper from overseas? Remember to add shipping and 10% tax. You bought have bought it already if it was cheaper, right.
With Fender gig bag. 7/10 condition. A real bargain if i do say so myself Razz

ESP Explorer Custom Shop
Can anybody say 'Metallica'? Yes, the real deal ESP Explorer Custom. As popularised by James Hetfield, Devin Townsend (SYL), and Jesper Stromblad (In Flames). This is the 'lawsuit' model. Since a few years ago ESP changed their Explorer shape hence this model is sought after by metalgazers everywhere. You can expect this axe to maintain its value long into the future. Active EMGs, low smooth action, original ESP HSC. 9/10 condition. This is the In Flames look lah! Cool I will consider all genuine offers! My reserve price is fair, and lower than demanded elsewhere. Pm or e-mail your offer if interested

thanks!!

damn man. how come is it that you are selling two more high end guitars? may i presume that you either have better guitars in a huge arsenal of axes, or you actually own a guitar shop! Very Happy

hey dudes, nah, no shop or huge collection or anything. My main 'playing' guitar is a lowly BC Rich NJ Mockingbird. And even that I would sell Razz

Anybody who's interested, got the dough, feel free to come over to try. No obligation to buy...

hehehe. lowly bc rich? how come you're selling the 'better' ones...

i used to really want an esp explorer. but i went for a gibson instead. i know it doesnt have emg81's, but it is THE original explorer and besides, the great hetfield uses a gibson explorer nowadays Very Happy . the gibbo pickups are good enuff for me. btw, the esp has a bolt on neck right? but then again the bolt on specs were given by hetfield on his own esp's, so no arguing with the man himself!

great guitar. pity to see it go... i hope your buyer takes real good care of it!!

tapi ESP Explorer nampak lebih garang dari Gibson's... heheh...

hey erotomania, how many guitars do you own, man? And why are you letting 'em go?!

i also own a BC Rich (Warlock), quite frankly, i'm not comfortable with the feel of the neck - but it got that killer looks though!

esp explorer dgn gibson sebijik beb. tak lain langsung. ok la kayu lain kot. tu la pasal kena sound dgn gibson. sekarang the exp series yg esp jual hampeh. tajam sgt!

tapi esp explorer ni kira dah rare item la. if you own one, you have a classic in your hands, man!!!!

oh ya kalau mau garang, ini macam la...hehehe Twisted Evil

or yg esp 'lantai bas intrakota' ni:

hey guys, oops have never owned a Gibson Explorer so i donno... frankly it was a toss up between this and Gothic Explorer. (both 2nd hand) but ESP I thought was 'cooler' Rolling Eyes , with better resale value, so...

I don't play it much. Sounds a bit waspy to me (?) and is heavy as a motherf4cker

deadzid: i'm not sure of the Warlock ... is that NJ? assuming the neck is flat and wide? If so, I can understand why people hate it. It's 'harder' to play than say Ibanez, Gibson or Fenders. But I'm really comfortable with flat neck. I'm not like into blues or jazz. Stay with BC Rich my friend, it's good sh*t for rockers!

If i could sell this Mockingbird... I'd trade up to a USA Custom Shop or Supreme. Mockingbird or Ignitor. Maybe 7 string. Go all the way... but hard to find buyers lah...

Maksud aku EXP series tu la - bukan ESP Explorer, sorry! Yang tajam tu la yang garang... hehehe... er.. cam lantai bas intrakota? haha that's a good one!

erotomania, my BC Rich Warlock is from Platinum Series (year 2002 - i think) with floating trem, dual BC Rich humbuckers. You're right, the neck is flat and wide, and i hate it coz i'm already used to playing Squier Strat for about 7 years before i bought this axe. Just loved that small, U-shaped neck / fingerboard feel on the Strat!

Anyway, i won't sell this one - i like the hellish look on this axe! As you said, it's a good shit for rockers...!

damn right. never liked the spinoff series by gibson, may it be gothic or voodoo! i bought the standard one, basically the one with 1976 specs.

the weight doesnt bother me. but the hardcase does! lugging it around is so tedious...

The Voodoo SG is actually a nice guitar you know... The tone is a lot of bite... Imagine that SG tone x 1000

Shame about the Red/Black finish...its butt ugly to me....

Dunno why but i hate that SG body shape! hahaha... jgn mare! But Gibson's Voodoo / Gothic series are cool! Warna dia sangat dead flat black!

i really love the Les Paul look on ESP / LTD though - nice headstock, with contoured body shape at the back - sesuai utk letak perut yg boroi! hahaha....
