its pretty hard to find any Mac users here in local...if there is any, hope to hear from u...lets share what u've came across with your software...wherever i see an Apple sign or the Mac word, i feel like a family Laughing

hi Angel Kay,

welcome to i-bands.

I was told that a lot of people from the dance scene are making music on Mac with either Garageband or Logic. I think many of us here on the forums are using PC, and using software like Cubase, Nuendo, Fruity Loops, Sonar. But that doesn't mean we can't exchange tips and ideas.
so stick around aite.

Angel kay, welcome to Ibands. Although, I'm using Cubase &PC's, it's nice to collaborate with Mac user. in fact, I myself have a Mac (i think G4 with OS 10) and don't know to utilise it with my Pc's system. Maybe we can exchange tips?

mac user here... have been using garageband for fun... for me , garageband is more like a sketch thinggy... everything else is so limited..

for more serious audio use , I still use my PC.. Smile

But i've yet to master logic.. from wat i can see , logic is quite nice to use too...

I have been using Garageband for recording my songs. Altho it has many limitations, but for me it does its job rather well. Logic for me is too complicated.
