part mana yg tak paham? diatonic bukan 7 notes scale? cam pentatonic 5 notes scale...aku pun tgh baca artikel tu..hehe tapi basically dia citer pasal 7 notes scale of major , minor and modes scale kan?

any notes! hehe..
in simple terms - diatonic scale is any scale that has 7 notes in one interval so this could be your A minor scale , C major scale , E phrygian scale..
diatonic ni bukannya ada 'bunyi' sendiri cam Latin scale ke apa..diatonic scale ni just bagitau kau yg scale tu ada 7 notes in one octave.. so your regular C major scale ada 7 notes kan? so C major is a type of diatonic scale la..

laa...simple explanation je omar boleh kasi...yg depa dok mention tetrachord, megatron, voltron etc etc tu apahal? to con is to confuse ppl...
omar - when u coming back? kirim fish n chips satu...with olive and fish eggs please...long time no eat real english chips man! |

well the wikipedia tu actually tells you WHY all these diatonic scale has 7 notes .. tu yg konfusing skit..
aku cuma explain what is diatonic scale..that's pretty simple actually ..tapi why is your major /minor scale has 7 notes? why not 8 or 6 notes? tu aku pun tak tau ..kena amik music theory classes or research more on the net la..
