Aku dpt berita yang Bentley dah start jual pedal effect brand Electro Harmonix skrg. Cuba tgk2kan pedal model apa yang ada..

setiap brand ada pros and cons.
EHX pada aku brand yg berkualiti pada harga yg berpatutan, word-renowned pun. and kalo tak best, Bentley takkan bawak masuk.
Muff series dia memang sudah diakui kehebatannya sejak azali lagi. bersepah2 band dah pakai. aku suka Holy Grail. reverb yg best dan affordable.
then again, it's all about personal preferences. tapi once you go EHX, you can never go back.

Aku nak komen sikit 2 pedal EHX membe aku yang aku pernah try;
Metal muff
English muff'n
Played straight through mg10cd Marshall.
The English muff alone is really weak, muddy & thin, not really what you'd expect from something costs that much. But one thing it does well is warming up the all sterile amp and giving the tone more character. If what you're looking for is the vintage crunchy sound than this is not for you. I even doubt it'll even give you that roaring solo etc. Not sure what it's good for, I can't find any use of this as a stand alone pedal. Well maybe it's just me, but if you want something that would give you that vintage brit tones then I'd completely advise you to stay away.
Behold the Metal Muff, the tone is spot on, gritty metal tinsel sound with lots of beautiful harmonics. But only when the English Muff was turned on alongside, without it you get 'mt-2 straight to mixer' sound, seriously! So aku rase 2 pedal ni agaknya made for each other, or at least needs a tube amp to work well.
So I borrowed the MM home, tried it with dsl50. Ok..
Clean channel -fncking noisy, screechin sound!
Crunch channel with minimal gain- worse
Ultra gain channel - you don't wanna know!
Tu belum masuk kalau aku tekan butang 'top boost'!
The only way i could use the pedal is to minimize the gain and I get sorta thin metal sound you get from amateur demo-tapes. Sure some may like that tone but isn't it cheaper to just plug mt-2 into you Kustom 10W?
Tapi ini hanyalah review aku saje, & I haven't spent long enough time to work with the pedal, but good enough to make me look for something else.
Best thing is to try one yourself.

bro.. testing pedal dgn amp 10 watt mmg tak berbaloi.. Sebab byk frequency tak support. Terutamanya low frequencies...

bro, lepas amp mg10cd tu i thought nak beri metal muff tu some justice, so aku bawak balik bilik try ngan marshall 50watt all tube. Sama jugak, in fact worse sebab tak ada Eng muff'n untuk balance the super trebly voicing of the pedal (Metal muff).
Next time aku akan try eng muff'n tu pulak kat bilik aku tengok ape jadi.

try blast drive kat pedal tutup tone, might get some interesting tones..izzi is correct in frequency wise...as for the marshall amp, set semua 12 o'clock dulu, kayuh volume to 10.30, pelan2 pusing gain until the clean ada drive sikit, kemudian reverse kasi clean. buat ni dgn guitar favorite ko direct. lepastu apa kurang tambah dan apa lebih potong, presence last sekali tune. must sounding nice with clean tone dulu, tweak la mid jika perlu. kasi itu sound breathe sikit, tak mau sengau sangat macam selsema burung....lepastu baru cucuk the pedal...
