age isn't a factor in determining how good a player is..

he played well when he is 9 years old...but he could never improve even after 10 years

its how long you have played that counts

haha gapster i sense envy sniff2* Razz

Tapi tu la, if you look at some 7 year old kids who can play piano or violin better than most adults this is not really something new. It was impressive but you can surely teach kids to copy some blues licks, learn some scales etc. It's not rocket science.

What I wanna hear is if someone that age can pull off some original songs or play with their own styles. Hehe Cool

lol...nolar

yea its true , i am saying that to get myself , and other guitarist to cool down..

i stopped watching youtube young shredders for a long time already..

we all are learning guitarist , so i think this feeling of "wah..this kid so young ..can pawn me ..i useless sial " or any thought related to it

is very unhealthy for our learning environment..don't you think so .. Smile

and of course it is only applicable to ego-guitarist like me .. Very Happy

cause i know... how good or how 'god' i am in playing..
there's more out there far greater past beyond me...
and i'm a just worthless crap if to be compared...

why should we envy him and feel down???
unless you think you're the best guitarist on earth... Laughing

syok sendiri sudah.. haha
no need to compare...
we have our own style
and play it with pride...

i dun quite agree with this statement. for me..ive been playing guitar since primary skool..but without proper lesson and guidance..my playing still like sh*t. ive seen somebody who only started to play for 1 or 2 years...but their playing is like they have been playing for 20 years!!

just my 2 cent opinion... Embarassed
..never too late to learn... Razz

you agreed with me . when i said its how long you have played the counts..

also means..if a player who just started 1-2 ..their playing is like Bode...its talent , and it is something you can be impressed ...

If an 11 year old guitarist , but started since 3 years old..now ...we would expect more ..right..
