Sebelum ni aku tak pernah kena macamni, sampai naik fenin'...
Aku ada record lagu baru, tajuknya Wicked.

Masa record tu x ada apa-apa yg berlaku. Bila habis mix, dengar kat speaker, balance chantek, dengar kat headphone pun ok... tapi bila aku convert to mono kan,, solo dia hilang... bunyi sayup-sayup aja...aku try tukar sample rate dari 32 to 24, pun tak mau jugak.. tukar ke 16 bit pun sama... aku tukar software, dari sonar, aku export all separate track dan susun semula dalam Samplitude 8, pun problem yang sama berlaku... kenapa ek?..... Tolonnn.....

entah ek.. tapi problem aku solved bila aku convert semua track aku yang stereo ke mono. fening jugak 2-3 ari nak settle case.
Camana nak tau aku guna surround mix atau tidak dalam sonar?

Selalunya mende ni disebabkan out of phase audio signal, maksudnya biler digabungkan left + right stereo signal = ada antara frequencies yang bentuk wave nya menjadi sama mengakibatkan pencantuman frekuensi tersebut sehingga hilang sama sekali dari audio signal tersebut.
Itu pasal biler convert to mono ada instrument hilang ataupun yang tinggal sayup jer, mungkin reverb solo yang tak kena out of phase.
Kalau semua projek jadi macam tuh, kemungkinan disebabkan oleh wiring speaker tak betul atau.....kena check dulu nih?

secara otomatiknya input kat sonar diletakkan pada stereo. jadi aku terus rekod. resultnya ada 2 wave files, Left dan Right. bila jadi problem camnih aku try banyak method termasuk me"mono"kan wave files tu, kendian baru aku pan semua track tu sepatutnya... dan problem solved... aku pun x tahu pesal jadik camni.. bila dengar kar stereo, ok, tapi bila dengar kat mono, solo aku sayup2... misteri....misteri.. first time kena camnih...

Ye ler.. aku pun ada terpikir jugak begitu... frequencynya dah clash ngan wave yang lain dan aku pun tak tau wave files yang mana yang terlibat, cuma aku x tau camner other solution melainkan convert all track except drum track ke mono.... (ada solution lain tak aku boleh buat tanpa me'mono'kan wave files nih?
Wiring speaker aku canteek... takder problem

if not mistaken if left and right channel is exactly the same and in combine to a mono channel...it won't cancel out each other...it'll actually be boost 3dB
only if one of the file is the out of phase it will cancel each other.(phase cancellation? |

So. camana nak tau track mana yang clash dengan track mana?.. which is which?.. any solution untuk solve this problem tak?, atau aku kena record effected track all over again? bab-ab frekuensi dan dB-dB nih aku buta sket

Sebenarnya problemnya camnih...
Bila dah siap mix lagu tu, aku dengar kat speaker aku kat rumah, ok, then aku bwk gi ofis nak dengar kat Mac aku. oleh kerana mac aku speaker dia mono, solo x dengar... pastu aku balik rumah, aku bukak lagu yg dah aku mix tu kat samplitude.. bila dengar stereo, ok, tapi bila preview mono, ada problem...
maknanya bila kat mono, solo tak kuar.... cuba ko download lagu aku dan try experiment...

yea...it's not totally gone...but just soft when turn to mono...
Did u use any effects at that solo part?Maybe some widening effects/short delay or maybe you double the track, pan hard left and right and delay one side? |

Just normal Sonitus Delay, no other effect whatsoever except drive from my V-amp.
I pan the solo to the left at about 38%. But my 2 rhythm track I pan hard left and right, no problem.
I figure out when in mono, I can hear the solo track when I pan to left or right. When In dead center, its gone. Lagi feniinn...!!

aku pon tak sure apesal masalah ko ni.
I still think it's some phase problem happening somewhere in ur signal routing.
Just to try. If u record you Guitar lead on a stereo track, maybe u can try just bouncing(export) out to a mono track and then importing it back ..then use that track in the mix.
