Line 6's new TonePort UX1 and UX2 hardware USB-powered interfaces (for Mac and Windows computers) include Line 6 GearBox modeling software which provides a collection of guitar and bass amp/cab models, stompbox and studio effects, and models of high-end studio microphone preamps.
TonePort UX1 features a microphone input with preamp, a guitar/bass instrument input, stereo line inputs and outputs, stereo headphone jack, and an analog merge monitoring input. TonePort UX2 adds more features like analog VU meters, a second microphone input and preamp, phantom power for both preamps, stereo digital S/PDIF out, dual footswitch jacks for controlling start/stop and punch in/out, and independent volume controls for the headphone and main outputs. Both units support 44.1/48KHz with 16/24-bit recording, a 96KHz mode, and drivers for ASIO, WDM, and Core Audio.

Included with every TonePort is Line 6 GearBox software that delivers a hardware-like, simple to operate user interface. GearBox includes 16 amp models from the PODxt, 5 amp models from Bass PODxt, 6 models of the most in-demand microphone preamps ever created, and 24 effects that range from distortion to tape echo with up to 10 at once for adding the perfect vibe to any track. TonePort UX1 and UX2 both ship with Ableton Live Lite -- Line 6 Edition recording software for a complete recording experience right out of the box.

As for the price, you can bet that it won't be any less than RM1,500! Line 6 has a reputation for overpricing its gear.
But it shouldn't be long before Behringer comes up with something of a similar design for half the price!

| CK music is selling TonePort UX1 for RM500 and UX2 for around RM900 i think? buk less than 1k for sure. went there yesterday. (not promoting or anything, just thought it'll be good info) |

Pod X3 bean actual price is 1.5k...but hari tu aku beli ada diskaun so 1.3k. so far aku pakai...mmg puas hati...byk lagi features aku blm explore. skrg x3 dah blh pakai gearbox..for editing purpose. plus its good for vocal and bass as well. recommended...

x3 live boleh dapat dalam 2k ker?? tak silap aku xt live jer dalam 2k.
ux2 ade kelainan skit ler. kena pakai baru tau.
cuma aku masih confuse pasal drive sound dia jer?? berapa dirty boleh dia buat sebab aku aku blum dapat cari.
