Where are those talented band boys in Kota Kinabalu, land of Stacy and Felix?
Berlambak, but looking for musicians with these attributes:-
1. Working ( I am a bank officer). I am a male Kadazan who dont speak Kadazan ( I bet berlambak in KK!).
2. Middle age - 30 - 50 yrs old , a typical Joe with loan up yer A*S.
3. I am a guitarist, can play Deep Purple, Joe Satriani, Malmsteen
(never complete one). Like to sing.
4. I done recording and produced albums for local bands.
5. Who knows if we can practise and get good enough, we can cari makan
playing at the many hotels in KK part time.
6. Like to try and compose own songs. I have some and plan to make an album next year - original songs ala U2 and Oasis.
Basically, I am just one of those uncle who wants to have good time and pretend to be one of the Beatles.
Anybody interested, we can meet and jamlah.

Nice rock sounds you got there. I think orang Sabah perlu ada website promoting Sabahan songwriters. You ada bakat melukis, maybe I find you when I doing my front cover design on my cd.

Agree with you, dedicated website just for that should be nice. Not sure dah ada orang buat ke tak? Can you hear the Karching sounds$$$???
Heard your songs, heartfelt and honest. Can detect U2 influence on the second song. Got potential bro. Also please check out my other (jiwang) songs at http://www.soundclick.com/bands/default.cfm?bandID=826437 he he he. Maybe need your help to work out lyrics for some of the songs as I'm crappy with words ( swear words no prob laa).
On those artworks, they were done quite sometime ago during my student days, sekarang dah takde time even to angkat berus. But you never know 
Anyway, good to hear you intend to buy a new guitar. Sekarang banyak choice bro and the price also very reasonable. Don't mind helping you out @ menyibuk ha ha ha.
After that we can jam all night long.

Bro,
I am getting a guitar and hopefully I can call rixal and yourself and we
can try new songs maybe somethere in October.
Who knows we can burn something which we can commercialise!

Anywhere else I can listen to your songs? Seemed like myspace ada problem sikit. You can try to upload your songs at Soundclick or MP3.
BTW, no need to wait until October bro Richard, we can sit down at kopitiam mana2 and talk about ideas, music, approach bla bla bla.... any of you going to the Jazz Festival next week?
