See my sound clips under 2550 Clip G (the looner rock blues) and Clip H (metal) on the following link. you do not need high gain amp for metal... OD pedal + low/medium gain amp = high gain http://www.ceriatone.com/tlbrBorderSub/sound_clips_youtube.htm Even my rectifier needs to be pushed with OD pedals for making it tighter .. Photos of Ceriatone sitting nicely with my other amps ... and these are OD pedals that I am using.... BTW ceriatone is currently developing a rectifier clone...
