here's what i roughly know about the selection process:
1. band has to have a release out (demo pun ok)
2. has to have a certain number of appearances in print (newspaper, magazine, etc etc)
3. has to be able to prove to be a crowd puller (like what mr bungle cakap)
4. has to be outstanding in some way, maybe pernah appear kat tv ke, or something, ada radio hit ke ... |
