korang pernah hidup 3 bulan makan nasik ngan telur masin je?
pernah makan nasik ngan minyak jelantah or garam shj?

aku duduk Australia
yes,Australia produce minyak tp harga petrol jauh lagi mahal dr mesia
Australia ekonomi jauh lagi maju tp minyak jauh lg mahal dr mesia
Aussie nye penduduk lebih kurang ramai dgn mesia
tp minyak still mahal (AUD1.70 seliter ke atas atau ke bawah setiap hari,different stesen)
nasik lemak sini,RM21 sepinggan (AUD7 average,makan plg murah pun AUD5)
aku mmg jenis suka amik peluang
dan aku dah lama tau cara hidup,cara bisnes sumer akan berubah
kat mesia nak pasang NGV kit pon bole bayar ansur2
kengkawan aku kat forum lain ramai yg nak buat dah
of course,since demand akan naik,NGV nye station akan bercambah
(at least kat Shah Alam skarang ade 3 stesen,lps ni akan naik lagi)
aku adelah antara 2 provider for a family of 14
so aku tau segala perit hidup susah payah jd provider ni
kitorang pernah tinggal RM10 for that month dr duit income (lps tolak hutang sumer)
yet kitorang x pernah rasa terbeban
gaya hidup kitorang mmg x perlu diubah dari 20 tahun lps since mmg dah fit utk segala krisis (thanks to my mum yg sentiasa menekankan kesederhanaan biarpun duit tgh bnyk)
the clans elders kat kampung rilek je xde rase tertekan dgn minyak naik sumer (lgpon diorng x payah byr cukai pintu)
(org Felda lagi la x tertekan sbb income dionrg makin besar dr hari ke hari,kelapa sawit makin mahal wooo)
aku dah lama duk ckp dgn org
antara cara utk mengembangkan ekonomi adalah dgn percambahan SME
so ni adelah peluang utk korang pikir camne nak buat side income
drpd dok melalak psl minyak naik
aku berpegang pd hadis Nabi Muhammad S.A.W
"9/10 dari pendapatan adalah dari perniagaan"
jadi sbg antara usaha mengikut sunnah baginda
aku jd seorang peniaga
dan aku sentiasa menggalakkan clansmen aku (terutamanya yg muda remaja) utk menceburi bidang perniagaan
lgpun aku percaya,peniaga dr SME sepatutnya jd pengawal harga
bukan jd mangsa harga

if anything i think the story of the Third Reich will be appropriate right now
after WW1 Germany went into huge economic crisis
inflation tahap gila tak ingat,paper money became worthless
since they have to repay all the damages of the war
tp when Hitler came
he managed to get the Germans up and running
creating among the best technologies in the world
yet after WW2 the inflation level still tak significantly berubah
tp sbb the motivation given by Hitler (to become the Master race)
they manage to control most of the Europe (by force)
so this story tells us something
even with high inflation
we still can control the region
we have to exploit our human resource (like what Singapore did)
so that we can produce the best tech and service,locally and globally

One more thing, speaking of SMEs, think of how the fuel price increase effects the SMEs, with the fuel increase, operating costs increase, the workers expects a bigger pay, lama-lama SME yang ada semua bungkus... How nice is that?

on one hand eventhough i'm far away and not really feeling the pinch yet but now I'm contemplating whether to go back for good it's a good idea or not in lieu of these inflations/gas hike etc
anybody here knows the inner working of Petronas and how they are managing the hydrocarbon of our countries ?
honestly - gas hike doesn't bother me much really and i don't mind paying face value of what ever market price , it just means that I won't be able to afford luxurious item like that nice GIbson LP i've been eyeing la hahaha .. I'm guessing price for a 3-5k Gibson LP is about how much I would pay for all these gas hikes but I'm more worried bout the slow inflation increase creeping in as an after effect of this petrol price hike..
just my 2 cents (minus subsidy) LOL

but,income company negara kita banyak..hasil dari tax,keuntungan yg diberi PETRONAS and semua source income ngare kita nih mmg byk la source dia.
BUT,where have gone all those money?knape rakyat mesti suffer dgn mengurangkan segala subsidi yg diberi sebelum ini?
tatkala kite menghadap pening2 petroleum naik,
kite cut spenditure utk rakyat n pergi beli JET PEJUANG,
KAPAL SELAM AND BINA MULTIKORIDOR RAYA kat sabah n serawak sana?
hold la dulu..simpan duit yg x seberapa tu bagi rakyat relax sket..
nk kurangkan subsidi pon agak2..
RM0.78 sen kenaikan serta merta is too much burden utk rakyat
manakah rasa bertanggungjawab pemimpin kite nih?
Wakil rakyat utk ape yg dia wakil ni?
utk ape diorang berjuang?
utk rakyatkah itu namanye?
biarkn kite merana..janji jet pejuang ada tersedia utk tontonan umum...

first thing first. you cannot look at the conversion rate between AUD and MYR because its different when staying there. That is how the goverment wants us to see. But how can you compare both lifestyles? One is a 2nd world and the other is 3rd world. does not make sense.
Yes it is a frustration that the fuel price has increased more than I expected when I did the forecast of fuel increase for Honda this year. I expected to be in July after the election. With the fuel price increased, car pricing are also affected.
Car makers are more competitive now. The cost of the engine technology will cost more than just the exterior looks. Every car makers are turning into hybrid technology. By next year, most japanese cars are going to be hybrid aka using the i-vtec which will run on fuel cell more than fuel itself.
it is hard to swallow, to buy the car model of the same design but minimal facelift just to have that technology. Furthermore, all rear seats of the car will now have rear seat belts.
But unfortunately, proton and perodua companies will be highly affected by this trend. When you preach fuel efficient but no performance.
Anyway back to the gov asking people to change their lifestyle to adapt to fuel price increase. Why should we change? why not them?
