Thank bro. Kitaorang pun kena ucap tq kepada bro pasal post a lot of guitar information though iband.

Trigger finger, adus, amacam boleh kena. hope nothing serius bro. nanti susah lah gua nak dengar blues lick dari u.

About exercise bahagian badan lain, gua tak cover utk treat ne. Let spiderfinger terangkan nanti. maybe include sekali exercise, cara bernafas, pemakanan, rehat, tido, teknik ngorat awek dan sebagainya.

- It so k kalo bro move to pattern 2 or pattern 3.

- just try main berulang, next pattern to next pattern and start balik ke pattern mulanya.
- or just emagine pattern12&3 adalah satu set exercise.
- as i say before maybe pattern2 akan boleh improve the motion utk pattern1 dan sebaliknya.
- utk exercise ne buat la secara rewang or bersahaja.
- nanti kalo korang nak practise teknik, tu baru la concentrate betul. avoid bad habit, buat betul betul.
- tapi ini just exercise, buat ia lebih fun berbanding terlalu tertekan.
- Gua nyer favorite adalah pattern 2.
- ia dah jadi standard warm up sebelom gua main guitar.
- If gua rasa pattern2 nyer feel is not there, maka gua tau gua dah jauh lost ne... so kena practise balik.

therapy and rest jap. mostly yg kena adalah typist, musician dan macam2 lagi. tendonitis dan athrithis pon common. aku bukan doctor la, tapi doctor othopedics yg bilang... internet pon banyak info.

Gua dah betulkan ada sedikit kesilapan symbol dalam pattern ne.



Pattern 4
- exercise ne sebenarnya salah satu cara utk kita set kita punya muscle memory nyer feel setiap kali move up or down the string.
- pattern4b merupakan mirror bagi pattern4a.
- Gua tak include the picking sebab sajer nak bagi u all fikir sendiri.


Instruction

Pattern 4a
- Cara dia adalah sama macam pattern123 cuma kali ne kita akan lompat to next string
- Gua tak kisah amacam u all nak picking, samada alterante, or economy bla bla.
- yang paling penting pastikan jari jari ABCD sentiasa pada string awal.
- Kata lah utk pattern 4a.
- Masa kita petik pada position E, pasatikan others jari BCD still berada pada string 3.
- begitu juga tika petik pada position F pastikan ACD berada pada string 3.
- Last, paling perit, pada position G, pastikan ABD pada string3.

Pattern 4b
- Pekara yg sama sepertimana kita lakukan pada pattern4a.
- pastikan hanya jari yg perlu lompat ker next string, dan lain lain yg patut stay, should stay pada string3.

What to improve?
- sebenarnya dalam solo or bikin chord or apergious or sebagainya.
- kita sering gunakan jari A or maybe jari C sahaja utk move to the neck string.
- Habbit yg biasa utk mereka yg kaki pentetonic.
- So in this exercise kita sebenarnya mengukur berapa jauh the next string dari string asal kita tengah main.
- macam contoh diatas, kita berada pada string3, we need tu rasa amacam feel kalo nak lompat to next or next next string dari string3.
- dalam exercise ne, kita akan guna 3 dari 4 hari utama, contoh macam dalam pattern 4a, jariD yg tak bergerak tu bertindak sebagai anchor point.
- utk pattern 4b plak, jariA bertindak sebagai anchor point.
- Still u kena memorize the feel the motion dan bukan petikan dihasilkan.
- kita tengah ukur or memorize jarak antara tali sebenarnya. hahahahah.

Result
- anda akan rasa senang nak lompat lompat string even dari mana mana jari.
- Akan rasa senang nak tukar tukar chord pasal jari dah boleh agak the correct length between the string.
- tak nak la just hari awal or hujung jer boleh tukar jari.

Cuma.
- anda mungkin perlu potong kuku yaaaa.
- kakakkaka, jangan gigit plak.
- potong kuku lawo lawo, asah skit kasih smooth, baru la rasa selesa kat fret board.

Start ur SWEEP PICKING







Pattern 5.
- kat sini kita kita akan mulakan sweep picking nyer teknik.
- Kebanyakan pergerakan melibatkan turun naik the string.
- Pattern cam ne akan memudahkan kita utk perform chord.
- pattern 5a dan 5b kita boleh gabungkan so kita boleh create movement yg lebih complax.
- pattern 5c lebih kepada pelengkap sahaja.
- From pattern5 ini kita akan move to pattern6 yg merupakan apergious simulation nanti.

Instruction
- dalam pattern ne gua Sample1,2,3 dan 4.
- kalo korang ingat kesemua sample ini adalah seperti pattern1,2&3 terdahulu.
- cuma bezanya kali ini kita gunakan pergerakan sama tapi pada ABCD yg berada pada 4 string berbeza.

Sweep picking
- u all boleh google or utube ajer how kita perform ini sweep picking.
- Tapi gua tekankan beberapa pekara bila buat sweep picking.
- Picking, Feel the string while u petik every single note.
- And while picking a string, pastikan kita boleh mute string yg tak dimainkan dengan the right hand.
- Apply benda yg sama utk left hand, evertime kita tekan satu jari, pastikan hanya string tu yg boleh ringing dan other string sepatutnya mute.
- Kita sepatutnya bukan jer consentrate on how satu tali tu dipetik.
- Tapi kita kena juga ambik tau amacam the others tali should be mute.
- U boleh guna ur tumb utk muting the uper string.
- Muting string both left and right hand sebenarnya the secret utk perform the sweep picking dengan lebih berkesan.
- Tak per u just cuba petik dulu sebelom u nak apply a good sweeping teknik.

Sebenarnya, kalo u baru nak belajar scaling or kira beginner, gua nasihatkan, just consentrate to pick every note dalam pattern ne. Jangan terlalu consentrate dengan the perfect sweeping technik. Pasal, dalam exercise ini, kita punya goal adalah bukan utk kuasai teknik, TAPI just utk bagi jari kita boleh dikawal atau lebih dengar kata.


Extra
- U sentiasa boleh gabungkan pattern2 tersebut.
- jadi lah creative, always ask u self, what else gua tak bikin lagi,

i mean ble pinky fret, yg len x fret, pstu ble jri mnis fret, pinky angkt, n jri lain pon x fret..btol ke?@ kne kkal pd konsep tulun mnulun, i.e. DCBA sume kt fret, just angkat 1-1, i.e. ble D fret, jri-jmari CBA pon fret gak, then D angkt, CBA fret, DC angkt, BA fret n so forth (cam bblit je ayt nih Laughing Laughing )

2. ble kte apply konsep tulung-mnulung tuh, tme pinky fret (ABCD pattern), sume jri-jmari trut 'mmeret' (mem-fret) skali kn?

- Zaman gua remaja dlu belom ada sms lagi. kakakkakaka

- Masa DCBA, ini utk single string yaaa.

- Acually, dalam keadaan ABCD, hakikatnya sebenarnya semua jari yg tekan note tersebut.
- walopun yg kedengaran note disebabkan jariD, tapi jari yg lain sebenarnya bagi stabil utk pergelangan tangan anda,
- Try la just pinky on string dan semua jari lain kasih angkat.
- u kan rasakan payah nak tekan dan gengaman tangan kat neck jadi tak stabil. So u wont not dapat a solid note from ur pinky.

- bagi gua, tension pleh ABC semasa kita tekan D takkan menggangu the whole sequence.
- Kita tak tekan ABC sekuat kita tekan diorang masa kedududukan sebenarnya.
- kita kenakan light tension jer, cuma kita add more tension pada D.
- Without support dari ABC , jariD takan dapat tekan kuat.
- U sendiri akan buang the extra tension oleh jari jari lain yang tak berkaitan nanti.
- awal awal practise memang rasa pelik skit sebab kita lom dapat agihkan kekuatan yg betul utk setiap jari.
- Contoh nak tekan jariD tapi kekuatan ditumpukan kepada jari A la pulak.
- Utk tekan jariD, sebenarnya kita add more kekuatan utk D, manakala jari lain ABD sebenarnya just support dengan less tension.
- sebab utama kenapa our finger kena berada dalam satu line adalah, supaya kita boleh ada a better grip pada neck guitar.
- Sebenarnya kalo kita tak der better grip lagi payah nak move to other string.

Soalan bagus tu, Wa suka, ada feedback.

trima kasih bro ultraman..saya rasa mmg ada perubahan pada jari..terutama pinky..

betul gak bro..bunyi tu tak penting..tapi kendian2 tu lepas 2/3 ari main benda yg sama, bunyi dia makin perfect tanpa disedari..

kiranya latihan ni beri kesan kepada saya... <--wulamak ayat
